About the Montreal International Poetry Prize Membership

Individuals can become Members of the Montreal International Poetry Prize by showing their support for our work and for our mission.

Members will be listed on the Montreal Prize website and will receive various benefits, including a broadside of the prize-winning poem, depending on the level of support they want to give.

Please keep reading to see if any of these categories for Membership in the Montreal Prize appeals to you.

If you would like to become a member, or have any questions about specific membership benefits, please email Len Epp at the email address below.

Founding Members

Founding Members are those who show significant support for the Montreal Prize in 2011, its inaugural year. With your support this year you can help make the Montreal Prize a self-sustaining organization in the future. And your name will be preserved on this site in future years as a testimonial to the role you played during the Montreal Prize’s earliest days.

Catalyst Members

A Catalyst Member is an individual who shows significant support for the Montreal Prize in the form of a ‘Catalyst’ donation. ‘Catalyst Funding’, as we call it, is an important part of our social entrepreneurship model. Essentially, your funding helps bring the Montreal Prize into existence and make it self-sustaining, and then comes back to you unchanged, rather like a chemical catalyst – and hopefully to be used to support other social projects that aim to become self-sustaining!

Members

Members of the Montreal Prize will receive various benefits depending on the amount they can give.
